At Vitalis, you are always in full control of your subscription. This page explains exactly how it works, what you will be charged, how to pause, modify, or cancel at any time — and your rights as a subscriber under US law.

How the Subscription Works

Step 1 — Choose your bundle at checkout

Select "Subscribe & Save" when adding your bundle to cart. Your subscription will automatically match the bundle you selected. You will receive the same quantity every billing cycle as your first order.

Step 2 — Your order renews and ships automatically every 30 days

Your payment method is charged automatically on the same calendar date each month at the same price as your first order. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge so you can make changes, skip, or cancel if needed. Your order ships within 1–2 business days of each billing date.

Step 3 — You stay in full control, always

You can cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing contact@vitalisnmn.com. No cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, no penalties of any kind.

Subscription Pricing

Your monthly renewal charge is the same price as your first order. The amount you paid at checkout is exactly what will be billed each month — no hidden fees, no price increases without prior notice. You will always see the exact amount before each charge in the renewal reminder email sent 3 days in advance.

Will my price ever change?

Vitalis reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing. If we ever need to change your subscription price, we will notify you by email at least 7 days before the change takes effect. You will always have the opportunity to cancel before any new price applies. Your price will never change without prior notice.

All prices in USD. Applicable sales taxes may apply depending on your state of residence and will be displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change with advance notice as described above.

Billing & Shipping

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged on the same calendar date as your original order, every 30 days. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal. The charge amount will be clearly stated in that email. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 24 hours before the billing date.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of each billing date. Standard US delivery takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number for every shipment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping is included on all subscription orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

What if a payment fails?

If your payment method is declined, we will notify you by email immediately and attempt to retry the charge up to 3 times over 5 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be paused and no further charges will be made until you update your payment information in your account. No penalty fees apply for failed payments.

Cancellation & Management

You can cancel anytime. No fees. No penalties. No questions asked.

To cancel your subscription, you have two options — both are simple and immediate:

Log into your account at vitalisnmn.com → "Manage Subscriptions" → Cancel. Your cancellation is processed immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.

Email us at contact@vitalisnmn.com with your order number and subject line "Cancel Subscription". We confirm cancellation within 24 hours on business days.

Important — 24-hour rule: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. If a charge has already been processed, it cannot be reversed, but your cancellation will prevent all future charges immediately. You will receive a written cancellation confirmation for your records.

Can I skip a month instead of cancelling?

Yes. You can skip any upcoming shipment by logging into your account or emailing us at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Skipping a month does not cancel your subscription — you will be billed again the following month.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Contact us at contact@vitalisnmn.com to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. During a pause, no charges will be processed and no orders will ship. Your subscription resumes automatically after the pause period, and you will receive an email reminder before it does.

Can I change my bundle?

Yes. Email us at contact@vitalisnmn.com to upgrade or downgrade your bundle. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Price adjustments are reflected in your next charge, and you will receive a confirmation of the change by email.

Can I change my shipping address or payment method?

Yes. Log into your account at any time to update your shipping address or payment method. Changes must be saved before your next billing date to apply to the upcoming shipment. You can also email us and we will update your details within 24 business hours.

Will I receive a confirmation when I cancel?

Yes. You will receive a written cancellation confirmation email immediately after your cancellation is processed — whether done via your account dashboard or via email request. We recommend saving this confirmation for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request, please contact us to verify.

We will issue a full refund — no questions asked. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Subsequent subscription renewals are subject to the standard refund policy below.

Standard refund policy for subscription renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped. If your order has not yet shipped at the time of your request, we will cancel the shipment and issue a full refund. To request a refund on a renewal, email us at contact@vitalisnmn.com within 48 hours of your billing date.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will reship the correct order at no charge or issue a full refund — at your choice.

Chargeback & dispute policy

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of billing concerns within 24–48 hours. If you have an issue with a charge, email us first at contact@vitalisnmn.com and we will work quickly to make it right.

If you contact us outside business hours, we will respond the next business day. For time-sensitive situations — such as an upcoming charge you need to stop — please email us as early as possible and include "URGENT" in your subject line.

State Auto-Renewal Compliance: In compliance with California's Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600) and similar laws in New York, Colorado, Delaware, and other states: your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. The charge amount equals your initial purchase price. You may cancel at any time through your online account or by email. Residents of California will receive annual renewal reminders as required by state law effective July 1, 2025.

Data & Privacy: Your personal and payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments and governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. All payment data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain digital proof of subscription consent for a minimum of 3 years in compliance with FTC guidelines.
